My address is 575 ParkCenter in the Loggers Creek Terrace Building.  Go East on ParkCenter Blvd., past Broadway and Beacon.  When 3 lanes narrow to 2 you will see the green sign for Delta Dental up ahead; turn right between Delta Dental and Idaho Bank.  Up ahead you will see the Loggers Creek Terrace building straight ahead, it sets back from ParkCenter Blvd.  Take the entrance to the right of the main entrance.  Hours are by appointment only.
